Style yourself with Latitude

Latitude’s mission is to serve the students and community in any way that we can. We believe in the importance of creating a true community catered to what is important to our residents! Knowing that Kent State has a world-renowned fashion school, Latitude built a stunning fashion boutique right in our leasing hub! Latitude will never be “just another bed for students.” We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to ensure we are always enriching the student’s experience.

Shouldn’t you live somewhere that makes every day feel like a vacation? At Latitude, you will find yourself in an atmosphere that is both adventurous and relaxing; spontaneous and rejuvenating; free and fresh. Your home should relieve you from the troubles and worries of your day. Latitude at Kent is the perfect place to seek out what makes you happy. We provide you with the healing environment you need to wake up and do it all over again.

We are located only minutes away from historic downtown Kent and the nightlife. Students in a hurry to get to the library can look forward to the short walk from Latitude to the center of campus. After a long day, residents can enjoy watching the sunset over Kent through their gorgeous, spacious windows.

Latitude will offer many luxurious amenities such as a state-of-the-art recreation room, fitness-on-demand, a fully stocked coffee bar and more. Residents looking to relax and unwind can take part in our in-home yoga studio, lounge, study rooms with balconies, and interactive game room.

We give the best of both worlds and have something that will complement anyone’s living style. We will kick off August 2019 with an NYC-style fashion show. On the night of move-in, the pool will be emptied and converted into a runway for Kent State students to show off their designs and talents.

Latitude plans to be involved with the community as much as possible to create meaningful relationships with those around us. Our goal is to make a home where everyone has a friend.
